ALBA, el TCP y los obstáculos a la cooperación económica Sur-Sur

This article for the Coordinadora Regional de Investigaciones Económicas y Sociales (CRIES) annual report on Latin America and the Caribbean integration considers how the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA) relates to ideas of South-South cooperation, particularly economic cooperation, in the light of its failure to achieve a multi- or even a bilateral People’s Trade Agreement (TCP).
